MDPSmiles Cancellation Policy 

We value your time and strive to provide exceptional dental care to all our patients. To ensure efficiency and accommodate all our patients' needs, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations: 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.

Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled visit will be subject to a cancellation fee of $80. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

No-Show Policy: Patients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of $100. Repeated no-shows may result in limitations on scheduling future appointments.

Late Arrivals: (Grace Period) We understand that sometimes unforeseen delays happen. Please notify us if you anticipate being late for your appointment.

Rescheduling: If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that our schedule remains on track and other patients are not inconvenienced.

Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency situation. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
